Our engineering services are led by company co--owner Mr. Daniel P. Wallace, P.E. who has over 15 years experience in environmental planning and design that focuses on wetland, stream, and natural resource issues on large and small projects across the United States. His main areas of expertise include stormwater management planning and design, Phase II NPDES regulations and techniques, Erosion and Sediment Pollution Control Design and NPDES permitting, residential and commercial planning and design and land development plans. For the past 15 years co-owner Brian K. Pancher has been managing environmental issues for public and private projects at the federal, state and local levels. His main areas of expertise include ecological analysis, resource management and planning, natural resource inventory, stream and riparian assessments, watershed planning and permitting.
