In 2001 Wallace &
Pancher, Inc. (WPI) was established to provide services to a
broad range of clients who require natural resource and technical
services, project support, regulatory consultation,
mitigation/restoration design and construction of public and private

monitoring, biological, stream and wetland services. We have a
proven track record of providing expert services and focusing our
efforts on minimizing regulatory challenges and identifying specific
project needs for our clients during the state and federal

RECENT PROJECTS |

Mosside
As part of a bridge replacement and road expansion project in
Pennsylvania Wallace and Pancher, Inc. completed 1400 feet of stream
relocation and restoration using natural stream channel design
techniques. |

Ripley Wetlands and Hiking/Access Trails
Near Ripley,
West Virginia approximately 2 miles of access/hiking trails and 3
acres of open-water and palustrine emergent wetlands were
constructed as mitigation. Native shrubs and trees were also planted
to create scrub-shrub wetland areas. |

Whispering Pines
This project is currently in the construction phase and
consists of a parks and recreation area with 1.5 miles of nature
trails, pond, parking lot and access roads. WPI is responsible for
project site wetland delineation, permitting, survey and layout,
site construction, and landscaping. |
